About

I am Rebekka Nopper, a trainer dedicated to supporting migrants and educational professionals in the fields of education and personal development.

Before becoming a trainer and coach for personal development in 2014, I spent many years as a pedagogical director, leading and nurturing preschool communities. These decades of hands-on experience continue to shape the way I work today.

Now, I share this knowledge through trainings, workshops, and continuing education programs. I accompany teams, educators, and all those who care for children, offering guidance on communication, relationships, and the everyday questions that arise in educational settings.

I also support parents in finding ways to gently and confidently guide their children—honoring each child’s unique nature and the rhythm of family life. My work extends to anyone who lives or works alongside children, as well as to talks and seminars where we reflect together on growth, connection, and understanding.

At the heart of everything I do is a deep intention: to nurture each person’s potential and to contribute to a more conscious, compassionate way of being together.

I believe that when we feel seen, supported, and connected, both children and adults can unfold in their own authentic way—creating a more harmonious and meaningful coexistence for all.

If you feel called to be supported on your journey through parenthood, I warmly invite you to connect with me. Together, we can create a space where you feel guided, strengthened, and more deeply connected to yourself and your child.
